Got my tune from SFR last week and I couldn't be happier. I messaged them several times before I actually bought it, both through email on their website and through Facebook. Every time, they responded within 24 hours and were very helpful. I purchased a used ECU on eBay and shipped it up with tracking. SFR got it on a Monday morning, and it was back in the mail on its way back to me the same day.

Great customer service from my experience, and I'm very happy with the tune on my 2013 2.0t Premium. Thanks SFR!
