So I got this 2013 motor for LKQ and did the whole swap onto the car, the car didn’t want to start after trying to start it a handful of times, we found out that the timing chain was snapped completely, are my valves messed up now or is there hope

Only way to tell is to take off the head. I would definitely contact them about it though.

Theoretically, you could have gotten super lucky. If the chain was snapped before trying to start it, the valves could have all been closed for the compression stroke. They wouldn't be in an interference position if that was the case. That would be crazy lucky though. But that doesn't mean that the previous owner wasn't so lucky...
Probably did the exact same thing.
