Hey folks my name is Barbrosa and I'm going to be the new owner of '11 3.8 Track this weekend so I figured I would start early and introduce myself. :hello: I'm doing a serious upgrade from my '02 Ford ZX2 M/T. I want to get a CAI if one is available for that model shortly after and maybe an exhaust system down the line. Well I hope to see some of you around as there's not many GC's in my area ( I've only seen one in woodbridge). So if you see a GC with a PRUV IT license plate that's me. Lataz

I am down in woodbridge every now and then. I think we have 2 users who live there as well.
Welcome to the COOP

:DNice plate!
What color are you getting?
Injen CAI and CBE are good for the 3.8.
:hello:
I'm either going to get the silverstone or the Dark blue (can't think of the actual name) And thanks about the plate. I got it for my ford as comedic irony, and the funny thing is people would rev beside me like it was true....really.
Welp it's official I'm now the proud owner of a GC 2011 3.8 M/T MBlue. I get it on Monday so I Have a Red GC as a loaner. Going to go out and get used to this short gearing. Lataz:D:D:D:D:D
Congrats Silverwulf. I think you'll love it. Check this link out, I know it's about a 10 hour drive but hey it'll be a blast and you'll get to meet some great people and see some great cars. http://www.gencoupe.com/general-discussion/53364-spring-run-dragon-youre-invited-yes-its-worth-drive.html
Or come to the super meet in NJ, only 3 1/2 hours :D

40+ coupes
Awesome I'm definitely gonna try to make both of these. I can't wait. Is there another thread with the NJ information???
Welcome to the NoVa family! :hello:
Hmm i recommend getting AEM cai instead of INJEN cai unless you can get a replacement for their retarded washer bottle. Other than that, AEM and INJEN are pretty much the same in term of improvement over stock intake. For CBE system, if you going for good budget and light weight, I'd say STILLEN is good, but with a few added lbs, you can get MAGNAFLOW instead. MAG's tips are very nice looking on the GC since they have the biggest tips out there compare to others. If you're looking to drop the car to 1 pinky gap or lower, then ARK TD Exhaust is not recommended :p. You can ask qwaszx for his opinion since he saw how scraped up on parts of my ARK's.

As for the talk about ARK's CBE product, it's up to you to decide (if this is what you're looking into). For me it's great, just having issue going big bumps.

You can also get PowerAxel (sp?) reflash or SFR reflash (which I got). Not sure about PA Reflash since I never got that one, but for SFR's, it is also great for me too, plus it was worth the drive up to PA Westchester.

For suspension, I have Stance GR+ which is great, you can go with BC coils too if you're looking for budget cut. Ark Dtp is also good as well, but that's just from other members' words.

If you drive around Chantilly area a lot you'll most likely to find me driving up and down 50 :). If it's a dirty Nordsgrey with no badges and a scrape on passenger side, then that's me :p.
