I've got a 2010 3.8 GT w/ the Infinity Nav system.
The problem I'm seeing is the controls on the steering wheel that control the stereo are getting mixed up. For example; the volume up actually does a volume down or occasionally starts the voice command or occasionally causes the volume to go up. When the volume up causes volume down, the mode button will cause volume up. It is like they are getting remapped. Making it even more interesting, it will change while you are using it. It makes using the steering wheel audio controls really interesting.
I do have an Atrix 4g (Android) phone connected via BT, however, it happens when the phone isn't connected too.
I plan on letting the dealership take a look at it this weekend, but was hoping for an easy fix from all you Genesis experts out there.
Has anyone else seen this happen?

but then they informed me of a Bluetooth update, i was like i dunno if that is the problem etc. but i was like hey it might fix it. left the dealer it was working all peachy. until this morning going to work... it happened ughhhhh:squint: so I gotta find a day when it is acting up and rush over to the dealer and demand new buttons! or something.
