Steering Wheel Vibration 60mph-80mph

I know, I know.. There's already like 20 threads about this subject but none of them have come to a conclusion on what really fixes the problem plus I've tried everything I can possibly think of.. It started about two weeks after I bought the car in December of last year on the OEM rims that it had on there. Since then I have put a brand new set of rims and tires on thinking that would fix the problem. Same thing still happens when I hit 60 mph. I have had my mechanic check everything in the suspension and he says everything is in perfect condition and he doesn't know what else to do. I have had a roadforce balance and multiple regular balances with nothing changing at all. My alignment is perfect as well. The 3 Hyundai dealerships around here refuse to touch my car anymore due to the "aftermarket" parts I have on my car, which I think is a load of crap. I work hard for my money and the money I spend on my car so I refuse to believe that it is "normal" for my car to do that. And I refuse to just let it stay like that while I own the car. I am at a lost on what to do, no one will even look at my car anymore because they're lost as well. So am I missing an obvious fix here or what..?

This will sound silly. Was the steering wheel removed in the past for any reason? Is it tighten down properly? I ask because it you have look at everything possible and logical, so may be its time to look and the impossible and illogical. Good luck.
Mine was horrible turns out it was rear driveshaft coupler even tho it looked ok. Switch the front with the back and rule it out. Mines smooth as glass now.
Sounds like a balancing issue.. I had the same after having new tires put on.. took it back to discount tire and watched them balance my wheels.. the back 2 were off by 2-3g's each or kg..
I've had this issue since i bought by car 2.5 years ago. Had it with the stock wheels, aftermarket wheels, and 3 sets of different tires. I had my rotors and pads replaced yesterday and the vibration is gone. I can't explain how happy i am. I've been looking at this car as a piece of **** and regretting buying it every day. Not now though. I'm guessing it was a warped rotor? I don't know, i'm just glad it's finally fixed.

This is a pretty old post but I had this issue for years! The last thing that never came to mind was the lug nuts!!! It makes no sense but I changed the lug nuts to a new set and it significantly reduced the vibration to a point that I can tolerate it!! Just go on Amazon and order a decent set for like $40-50 bucks and give it a shot 😊 hope this helps someone!
