This will sound silly. Was the steering wheel removed in the past for any reason? Is it tighten down properly? I ask because it you have look at everything possible and logical, so may be its time to look and the impossible and illogical. Good luck.
This is a pretty old post but I had this issue for years! The last thing that never came to mind was the lug nuts!!! It makes no sense but I changed the lug nuts to a new set and it significantly reduced the vibration to a point that I can tolerate it!! Just go on Amazon and order a decent set for like $40-50 bucks and give it a shot 😊 hope this helps someone!I know, I know.. There's already like 20 threads about this subject but none of them have come to a conclusion on what really fixes the problem plus I've tried everything I can possibly think of.. It started about two weeks after I bought the car in December of last year on the OEM rims that it had on there. Since then I have put a brand new set of rims and tires on thinking that would fix the problem. Same thing still happens when I hit 60 mph. I have had my mechanic check everything in the suspension and he says everything is in perfect condition and he doesn't know what else to do. I have had a roadforce balance and multiple regular balances with nothing changing at all. My alignment is perfect as well. The 3 Hyundai dealerships around here refuse to touch my car anymore due to the "aftermarket" parts I have on my car, which I think is a load of crap. I work hard for my money and the money I spend on my car so I refuse to believe that it is "normal" for my car to do that. And I refuse to just let it stay like that while I own the car. I am at a lost on what to do, no one will even look at my car anymore because they're lost as well. So am I missing an obvious fix here or what..?
