So I have a Synapse BOV, and a new Tomei M7960 turbo, installed and tuned by Jay @ SFR. We've had a problem with the blow off valve. the bov closes like it should when it builds boost, but after I let off the throttle, the bov keeps closed, air comes out of the turbo and after 99% of the air comes out of the turbo, the bov finally opens and just a tiny bit of air comes out of the bov. And then it repeats. It only does it once I hit + boost and it seems like if it's too much boost (+5psi or more) the air will come out of the turbo after the throttle is released..

The first time I got the synapse bov on, I found that the bov works without the spring that's inside it. So it currently doesn't have a spring inside it, and I have a line running from the wastegate to the right solenoid and a line running from my turbo to the solenoid and to the bov. And I have A line running from my intake manifold to the bov as well.

we're both confused with why it does that. Any help would be appreciated.

Try capping the open port on right hand side solenoid .
