no it doesn't.

All the speaker wires from the stereo leads into the external amp, on the infinity system.
From the amp, it goes to the speakers.

If you have the base stereo, the stereo connects directly to the speakers.

It will just be easier for you to just get an after market sound system.

^ What AKGC said is correct. Base stereo and premium one are wired very differently.

Just adding in a line out converter would be the easiest way to add a subwoofer/ amp, if not the highest quality way.

The signal on the infiniti system from the head unit to the amp is digital so it's a no go. I had to use a kicker summing inteface to put in aftermarket amps.

maybe on the 13.

On my headunit, I had to get a inline converter to lower the audio signal to the amp, and then have the amp power signal to the amp.

All is well

Maybe they changed it for the 13. We couldn't get a signal before the amp. We had to take a signal after the amp then clean it up with the summing interface.

wait. you mean the audio signal?

I thought you meant the signal wire to turn the stock amp on.

the 13 apparently uses a CAN bus to send audio to the amp.
