I just got a 2010 Genesis Coupe 2.0t used with 30k miles on it. We have had some really cold/snowy days since I brought it home in the last week. Starting today whenever I turn on the fan (regardless if AC or heat) it makes a clicking noise. It sounds like a wire or something hitting a fan. When I turn it off I can hear the clicking slow down and then stop. Does anyone know what this could be?

Did you see if something is stuck in your electric fans?

Not yet, I was going to check in the morning. I figured I would ask and see if anyone else has had this problem.

If I have a squeak, I locate the sound and take **** apart until I fix it. Even if it take me a few times of removing different parts. Either way its a win, I will learn more about the Car, or fix a issue. On some rare occasions I break a clip or two and spend a few bucks at the dealer.

Always time well spent.
