Weird noise under boost

About a hour ago I got onto the freeway and went woot in 2nd gear and once I let off the gas to get into 3rd it sounded like a cicada going off inside my engine bay, and now once I get to 3k u can hear, any ideas of what it could be?

Edit, heppens over 3k, not under boost

Took all the mods off but kept axle back on

Wow sounds like too much work, im going in about my 6th gear grind with all my mods I will raise hell before they deny my warranty

So i got the car, the old pressure plate spring failed and rubbed agents the tranny housing.

This is normal. Cai especially k&n make this noise while not pulling air. Also check your radiator fan support bolts. They strip and make this noise too. The cai kits bolt into these for structural support and they are crap plastic.
