Hoping anyone could/can help me out on this one. Bought my 13 certified from a dealer here in FL and noticed yesterday that there are wheel locks on the car on all 4, of course no key in the car left by former owner and dealership says only came with one set of keys. Going to see if they can give me the former owners name, but not sure they'll do it? Any ideas?

Do they look like the ones posted above? Just to make sure, check the trunk and under the trunk mat where the spare is to see if the original lugs and key is in the package, sometimes dealers put it there, also check the glove box Mcgard have a sticker you can place in there with the key code so you can order a new one.
Finally most shops have a master key to get them off.

Thank you all for your help in this matter! The locks are the above the McGard ones. No key or sticker in the glove box, but will check the trunk and spare area.
Just checked the trunk and there is the packaging for the wheel locks and the original lug nuts in the packaging and still no key. Funny.... on the packaging for the locks it says that the key must remain in the car at all times....lol. Oh well, at least I know which Brand it is and the code for a new key if I need.
