Wheels/Tires for Track Days

I am looking to purchase 3.8 R-Spec.
For the track days and auto-x what size and offset would you recommend for wheels and tires in 17" and 18" square setup so I can rotate the tires. I am not looking for looks, I need the widest wheel tire combination. Thanks

Does anyone race these cars? :dunno:
If you have a square setup with the rims, you need to have wider tires in the back. If you don't have a staggered setup, TCS goes nuts. I have been thinking about buying someone's OEM 18s for autoX wheels.
2.0trackshopper. Is there a way to disconnect TCS? I don't want to get understeer.
There is a button to turn it off but I think a square tire setup would still cause problems.
There's a guy on here running a square setup.
I'm runnning 255 rear 235 front on stock 18's for my autox setup. close to square as I wanna go.
Just used tire calculator, don't know if it is right. If i use 245/40/18 front and back @ 60 MPH actual speed of the wheels are in the front 59.1 MPH and rear 57.7.

Help
Please
I track my vehicle, but use a staggered setup. Burabaru I believe uses a square set up for AutoX, but I would confirm to make sure & see if there is any details to his setup that keep the ECS/TCS in check.
