Altadore/River Park (my neighborhood)=SW
Signal Hill=SW
Springbank/Elbow Valley=SW

While overall it isn't the newest quadrant in the city I would say that it probably has the highest average home costs than any other quadrant.

Not that I shop houses in Cowgree, but what about the NorthWest? I always kinda figured that's where the money houses are with areas like Varsity place and all them mega dollar mansions waiting to slide down the hill.
The average price might not be as high, but I bet you the show piece houses are more expensive from what I've seen.
