Does brake fluid in the clutch lines mix with the brake lines?

So, I just got my brakes flushed and upgraded to Motul RBF600. If I didn't also bleed and flush the clutch, will the old fluid from the clutch mix into the reservoir and brake lines, rendering the upgrade worthless? Of course I didn't think about this until after it's all done.

The car has only been driven about 5 feet forward and backward, so the brakes and clutch have been engaged even if only by a little.

It's all coming from the same reservoir. They do not 'mix' though with normal use. So bleed the clutch and top off with the new fluid.

Okay I just bled the clutch and there was a lot of air in it. I honestly thought I was doing it wrong cause the liquid was coming out in spurts with a lot of bubbles. But after many cycles liquid came out normal with no bubbles. The fluid didn't seem dirty at all also.

So, I drove it around and the clutch feels much smoother; the pedal feel and engagement.
