Rotors sound scratchy

The past few weeks i’ve been hearing a slight scratchy noise coming from the front. I’m assuming it can be a warped rotor. recently it has started to sound very scratchy when braking and sounds very grindy. The type of sound that will make you not want to brake lol. checked out my rotors and this is what i found on the front right. the front left leaves a lot of break dust as i have noticed that rim always gets way dirtier. Any thoughts? i plan on replacing the rotors and the pads very soon.

check your pads that are behind your rotors, if the steel indicators are touching the rotors then change all you pads.
