FINALLY: Lightweight Konig Oversteer 19x8.5, 19x9.5

After going thru 10 different rims choices, i bought Konig Oversteer - spun forged.

I wanted style, performance and affordable price. These are the lightest rims for the money, and look good as well. Also, i did not wanted to get rims were i would have to put in negative camber to make them fit.
Front - 19x8.5 et30 = 23.8 lb, Rear - 19x9.5 et25 = 25.1 lb. (compared to 28lb and 30lb OEM)
They are gunmetal metallic, so depending on the light they will look dark silver or hyper silver.

Wheels cost me $654 shipped and came with aluminum hub-centric rings. I am putting OEM rear tires in the front, and bought 265/40 for the rear (eagle supercar g:2 - $120 shipped new each)

Front - 19x8.5 et30 = 23.8 lb

Rear - 19x9.5 et25 = 25.1 lb

With stock camber - ET25 is maximum offset in the rear without rubbing. (With 275 tires and lowered)
Front - ideal /maximum offset is 20 (for close to stock camber +245 tire, lowered), i will be running 5mm spacer in the front to have ET 25.

At current ET30 (front) rim will poke out 11.4 mm further then stock, and will be 1mm closer to the strut, which still fits fine and looks good.

Not that it matters for you at this point, but the info you stated is wrong. You can run an offset other than +25 in the rear with factory camber... It just depends on the wheel width. And you can also run wider than a 275 tire.... Even lowered.

Not trying to throw you under the bus.... Just don't want faulty info floating around here in case people read this

When you lower your car wheels naturally go more negative in camber, so yes, you can fit more tire (but it only will degrade performance), and yes you can fit lower offset with narrower tires. An i am talking about not rubbing when taking hard turns, not just every day casual driving.

My plan it to set it to stock camber in the back once lowered. Lowered, stock camber, 275 tire - ET25 is ideal (for the back) to not have any issues no mater how hard you throw your car.

This car has 8.5" front ET30, and 9.5" back ET22

Yes, lowering your car throws off the factory alignment specs (camber, toe, etc.), which is why you're suppose to get an alignment post lowering, to get everything back in to spec.

You can fit a lower offset wheel with a wider wheel/tire as well... not just a more narrow one.

I ran a 255 up front and 285 in the rear, lowered, factory alignment specs, and NEVER rubbed. That includes high speed mountain runs with heavy dips and hair pin turns.

Again, not trying to argue for the sake of arguing... but this is why so many new GC owners are confused when it comes to what wheels/tires will/won't work... because there's too much inaccurate info floating around here.

A lot of it will come down to driver preference and suspension set up as well... but that's a whole other story lol

For reference: my old wheel/tire/suspension set up... 20x9/10.5 +25 on 255/30 and 285/30, lowered on sportlines, factory camber specs. Again, NEVER rubbed.

if you drop low enough, metal tab where bumper meets quarter panel will rub.

I will throw on tires once my rear tires get in.

If you wanted to can you just run factory offset tires sizes front and rear?

Are spacers required or fit just fine?

No, spacers are not needed, and you can even run -2 deg camber if you wanted without issues.
Front rim is only 1mm closer to the strut and rear is 2mm further away from the strut.
The only reason why i am trowing 5mm spacers on the front is because i have them.

Stock tires will work but will be stretched on these rims; stretched tires are spongy in corners - OEM tires are undersize for the car and hinders its performance, why would you stretch them and make the car handle worse.

245 f, 265 r is perfect for cars weight; you can go wider on those rims - 255 f, 285 r - but that is just too much weight and money wasted.

Are you going to use the TPS sensors?

And your set up it will not disturb the traction control and stability control systems?

Yes I will be using stock TPS and new set up will not disturb traction / stability - diameter diferance between front and back tires is really close to stock.
