Need Help W/ New Wheels!

Hello everyone!
I'm new here, and new to modifying cars in general. I have a 2015 Genesis Coupe 3.8L R-Spec and I really want to buy her some new wheels, but I'm really confused on what specs I should choose. I was looking to purchase either the ESR SR08 or the Aodhan DS02. I currently don't have any suspension mods, but I'd like to do them in the future (probably some BC Racing coilovers). I would like a staggered setup. I'd prefer the Aodhan DS02's, but the ESR SR08's are similar and also look great. If I went with the Aodhan's, I'd like to have 19 x 9.5 in the front, and 19 x 11 in the rear. If I went with the ESR's, I'd like to have 19 x 9.5 in the front, and 19 x 10.5 in the rear. Here's where I'm getting confused.. I have no clue what offset I should be going with! I don't want them to poke, I'd want them to sit flush with the body of the car. The Aodhan's come with only two choices of offsets, +15 mm and +22mm. The ESR's come with a much wider range of offsets, +15mm, +22mm, +30mm, +35mm. If anyone could help me choose the correct offset, it would be much appreciated.
Also, has anyone had any issues with either Aodhan's or ESR's? I'd love to buy some Work's but sadly they're way out of budget. :/
Thanks!

That's pretty wide. I went with 19x8.5 in front and 19x9.5 in rear, supposedly both +35. I went with them because the stock is +35, I think, and thought it would be centered and wouldn't touch either in or out. Turns out that the fronts rub the strut, especially using the camber bolt in. So, I needed to add a 5mm spacer and extend the studs to get it to fit. I think a little more offset to bias the wheel to the fender would be ok, it looks like there's room there. I'm on stock suspension. Anyway, not sure how to test the room, but that wide might have a problem fitting without rubbing somewhere. Maybe cardboard cutouts?

Get the +22 for the Aodhan's. Lots of threads out there that are running the same wheels. 245/35 and 275/35 for the tires.

+22mm for both front and rear? I've seen multiple people have +22mm in the front and +15mm in the rear.
Also, I've read in multiple threads that 9.5 is too wide for the front. Do you think I'll have any issues with rubbing?

Thank you for your reply! I've read on multiple threads that 9.5 is too wide for the front, but also have seen so many people using the setup I want. I'll need to do more research!

Where have you read 9.5 is too wide for the front? If you check out the Official Wheel Thread here on the forums.. tons of people are running setups 9.5 front 10.5 rear (Varrstoen a popular brand with those specs). 19x11 +15 will DEFINITELY poke especially if you're still stock height. I'm running 19x9.5 +12 and 19x11 +18 and have a mild drop with around -2 camber all around. My lips poke past the fender. If you're wanting flush then +22 will be fine.

mrGainZ helped me pick out a similar setup. I don't have many examples handy as I'm at work. But I have the Aodhan wheels at 9.5 and 10.5 both +22. Camber is -2 across the board and there is a bit of poke with about 1inch drop on BC racing coilovers. However, the way the wheels line up with the fenders is exactly how I like it. Some might prefer wider tires, but I like the slight stretch look. No rubbing so far and its been months.

Thank you for your reply and all the useful information! You've been very helpful and pretty much answered all my questions, I really appreciate it! Your GC looks amazing, a dream setup! Definitely has me thinking about buying the CF diffuser now :-)

Here is another view. Also I agree, the CF Diffusers are a nice touch to our cars.

That looks great! Exactly what I'm after! Thank you so much for sharing!
Apparently I need 5 posts to be able to share links, even though I'm just quoting.
Thankfully this post will be my fifth!

**A non lowered Gen can handle a 19 inch wheel Plus 22 offset in a 275/35 with no rubbing or limitation on turning at all. (fronts). Its what I have and its awesome.

Here we go again !
