2016 Rear Brembo EBC Yellow's

Hi,

So I recently bought new EBC Yellows to replace the OEM pads. Front went on w/o issues. The rear however....will not fit... I got the part number directly from EBC matches the box and the number stamped on the back of the pad, so it's nothing stupid on my end.

The oem rear pad which fits snug af is 109.88 mm in width. The ebc is 110.10 mm. I sent a message to ebc sales twice, havent heard anything back.

Wat do? I don't have the means to grind metal.

Would a dremel work? Anyone else deal with this?

I'd rather do it myself

They are too long right? I had to grind off the paint to get mine to drop in.

Yeah, I tried scraping the paint off on one side. It still was too long. I'll try both sides. The OEM is just so snug that I believe that lil bit is causing me so much trouble.

Just take some coarse sandpaper and really go to town on the ends of the pads. I did this for my EBC red's, I had to sand off quite a bit before it would drop in. Just keep grinding material away and periodically checking, and they will fit.
