Replacing OEM radio system

Hey guys I have a 2014 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate GT. I’m trying to replace the navigation unit but I’ve read that with the premium speakers you have to route something to the stock amp. What exactly would I have to do?

I found a harness that is supposed to work with the stock amplifier. It’s about $180 for it. I’ve also read that you can wire power directly to the amp but I dont have the wiring diagram for the head unit
