I've only purchased one thing from Andrew@GenRacer which was my CP-e intake, but the price was good & he threw in a T-Shirt to boot. He has always been quick to respond to my pms regarding other items I'm interested in & almost always has the lowest price on items I'm interested in when I price shop vendors for the best deal. Speedy shipping is never an issue with me as I'm in no rush, but I have to admit that inake got to me in a hurry & the only other vendor that has gotten me parts that quick is GrimmSpeed.

Back in feb, i believe, i purchased an AEM CAI and Forge BOV. Communication was top notch. Shipping was fast considering they were waiting for the CAI shipment to come in. I have sent a few emails inquiring about other products since and response time was good, usually 1~2 days tops.

However, A few months back i pm'd them to see if they would price match another Vendor(At the time) on my K&N SRI but I never heard a response back.

Ordered some coilovers from Andrew at a sale price despite the sale ending already, and made him wait to send them well over a week as I couldn't get to my car to check the manufacture date due to being offshore. He was extremely patient and understanding, and I am now expecting some new toys in the mail soon.

This customer service makes me want to throw more money away sooner than I probably want, lol.

snapped a pic, sent it to Andrew, and he sent me a replacement the next day!
Mind you the deal he gave me on the thing in the first place!!!

Just placed an order with Andrew for a Diamond Black Volk TE-37 19x8.5 +22 and after reading all these awesome reviews I'm glad I chose GenRacer.I previously bought a set of 4 from VividRacing but they're service wasn't too great and I actually got my rims after a lil over half a year.

 

I order a cp-e triple gauge pod last friday. The order was processed and I recieved my recipet the same day. Monday the package showed up. Very impressed. Unfortunately though I ordered the Synpase BOV kit Monday and today (Thursday) I still have not been e-mailed a receipt for the purchase, nor has my package been shipped..even after calling tuesday to ask them why I had not recieved a receipt via e-mail.
But they have always been good at answering and still good customer service.
They always have the best prices and is why I go to them. Anyone considering them don't hesitate, they'll do you right.

 

^If you're who I think you are, your order went to shipping yesterday. FYI, it takes about 1-2 business days sometimes for information to propergate throughout the system. As with your previous order, as a "phone" order and not a web order, you do not receive an immediate email notice, but a full invoice once the order has finished that includes full details on your order as well as your tracking number which you should see within 1 business day.

Orders made on our website receive an instant email confirmation in addition to your full invoice once the order is completed. Also, making an account on GenRacer allows you to see the status of your order as it progresses.

Okay sounds good. I didn't get an e-mail this order but I did last is why I called for the confusion. But anyway this is proof these guys are great like I said. Immediate response and always a Human answer the phones. Pretty rare these days lol.

Already posted in the vendor feedback thread, but I'll mention it here, too. Ordered a Forge BOV over the phone from Andrew at 5:30pm on a Thursday night, received the product at 5:45pm Friday. 24 hr turnaround is pretty damn good, and for a good price.

My only potential concern was the shape the boxes were in. Both the brown shipment box and the Forge BOV box were beat to all hell with holes and rips. I checked the contents carefully and nothing was missing or damaged, so no harm no foul. Other than the shape of the boxes, everything about this process from start to finish was awesome.

 

got CMD from Andrew, awesome guy to deal with, kinda suck got nailed by UPS with brokage, my fault on that for not asking to ship via USPS... the free shipping caught me off guard

p.s. UPS sucks balls... specially for us north of the border buying stuffs from the US
