apologize for small pictures and this kit is what we will be using for stage III, and charger bracket were intentionally left out.

stage I kit will not have intercooler & piping.

we'll be start testing on 3.8 automatic first and follow with manual car.

For Stage I :

Rotrex C38 charger
oil cooler
charger bracket
charger belt
tension bearing
dual belt crank pulley
Samco silicone hose
600cc injector
spark plug
air filter
silicone connectors
silicone reducer
ecu reflash

Expect May to have actual car running and testing on dyno, since our head of engineer is coming to test in person.

While he is here, he'll be giving Pro-Dealer training and tune 5~600whp 2.0 GC.

Yeah...we may drive around USA again in short period of time.

Last year, we drove 6,000 miles in 7 days.........3 nights were none stop driving switching 4 drivers.

I'm going to need to find a way to get $6800

#11 ·
OH WOW....../sigh wish I had 6800 to spend.....and this does not even include install...gogo 8.5k upgrade? Time to hit the boat who's coming with me.

#16 ·
That would have to come with one good install guide. I'm mechanically inclined but this may be a little much for me haha....time to start saving now.

In all honesty, if you can remove and replace an alternator or a/c compressor, you can install a supercharger kit.

#18 ·
ahhh ****
hopefully this comes down in price :(

#20 ·
Ive never seen this supercharger is it a centrifugal, positive displacemnt or twin screw?

I have a spare m90 from my tbird, i might play around with the coupe and save some serious money :D

The Rotrex Supercharger uses a patented traction drive system. The drive system is comprised of an annulus, three rollers, and a center shaft to the compressor. The patented "ramp effect" in the traction drive increases efficiency and reliability in the drive by regulating the torque transfer capability on demand through self-adjusting planetary rollers.

This car is gonna make me poor. I can see myself eating top ramen for 3 months for this lol

MUST SAVE MUST SAVE. If installing this thing is as simple as everyone says it is I should have no problem.

SALE ON HOLD TEMPORARY~

We are waiting for the new quote from supplier whom they may have way to supply this kit w/o Rotrex supercharger.

Once I know this, I can give better estimate combine with US purchase Rotrex unit.

I am surely believe this will be better price deal than buy everything from Korea.

If anyone can afford and can't wait, we still can supply buying from Korea.

also, on their site it lists 2 listings for the 3.8 gc... one with 400 whp the other with 450 whp, both with the same charger though? Not sure what is making the extra 50 hp and what is different about the 2 kits. And who is APG?

Arvin have 9:30am appointment installing Genesis Coupe navigation system at the dealer. Ring him up at lunch time plz.

The difference is using internal hardwares by APG where they use forged piston and higher psi pulley.

APG is Korean Rotrex distributor & APG is co-partner with Kuk's Auto for EMS development for this supercharger kit.

By the way, did you check their price for 50whp additional gain? I think it was $5k difference.

12,000,000 Korean Won.
