My turn signal is blinking very fast. I replaced the bulbs twice. It started off on the driver side both front and rear signals would blink fast while the passenger sides were normal. So the second time i changed them i switched the housing unit the bulb goes into and moved it to the passenger side. And now those front and rear signals are both blinking fast while the drivers side is normal now. I looked at the inside and it looks like one of those prongs are possibly burnt out. Unless it could be wiring, fuse, etc. I'm not exactly sure what to do. or what to buy to fix this issue.

It's definitely a bad contact (too much resistance in the circuit, amps go up,bulb flashes quickly until it finally burns out) If one socket obviously has a burnt looking contact I would start by replacing that and checking the wiring connections to it very closely. You may have to work further out from there and check more connections after that if your problem is still there.
