When do I need to upgrade to bigger injectors? (Vendor responses welcome)

Don't install the t-stat

you can not put in bigger injectors without a tune, since the ecu will not know how to compensate.

The stock injectors are pretty much maxed out stock so even twisting the wastegate a few clicks makes it alittle unsafe. 550s will do fine unless you plan on going for a bigger turbo then go with 700s

For the absolute BEST tune you will need CAN tune your car then run a dyno and then send the dyno graph to Beyond Redline to fine tune everything then send it back however I only suggest this method for your final setup. ex if you have full bolt-ons and 19t upgraded stock turbo and your happy with 350WHP you can have it fine tuned for a better curve with better power delivery.

If your a budget tuner go with the CMD as you can simply adjust as you go along and slowly buy your mods. Then sell t when you reach your optimal setup and buy a PA tuner to get the best out of your mods.

There is also another company who has cracked the ecu who just may offer the best of both worlds. If there smart instead of a flash device they will offer their ecu tune with a obd 2- computer cord and a computer program for tuning.

well you can either run the MI for track only and have a map ready to compensate for when you use it and upload when your at the track. Or you can have the MI set to kick in at certain RPM and simply play with the A:F ratios at those RPM using a dyno. For the later I suggest a warning light for when you run low so you don't run out on the highway and suddenly your on the side of the road with a blown engine.
