3.8 supercharger?

has anyone heard anything about this one? ive heard of a few projects and prototypes for superchargers but i stumbled upon this today and im not sure if its a repost but i havent seen anything.

i emailed this guy in youtube a couple of days ago and he replied me back in less than an hour saying this:

There was another video w/ a supercharger where the guys tach ROCKETS up, this one seems to crawl (which doesn't mean much). The torque, I'm sure, is still there somewhere.

Not sure if this has been posted before but enlightened by our spirited discussions regarding the NGM S/C'er, I found this on YouTUBE and found it very interesting...

Looks like the Koreans successfully mounted a Magnuson MP112 blower without requiring a different hood. I wonder how the tuning was accomplished too

The listed values aren't even torque. They're kilograms per meter. That's a measure of spring constant </engineer>

Either way, if I assume they meant kilogram-meters rather than kilograms per meter (which of course they did)

59 (kg m) = 426.747817 ft pounds

not bad, i'd say.

Thats kilograms per meter not pounds per foot, you can google the conversion equation.

Really depends on what your tuning goal is. For pure high HP numbers, single turbo is actually the way to go. For a linear power band with gobs of torque, a supercharger is a really great fit. Twin turbo setups bridge the gap between the two, but add a lot of cost and complexity. How many people who go around saying "twin turbo > supercharger", how many are going to plunk down the change for either?
