AutoZone carries the back brakes for Brembo but it looks like you have to order online or have the store order them. You need the ones that say "Except standard equipment"

No you cannot use the front pads on the rear.

 

K this is going to sound super dumb. But do you need all those parts or are you listing the possibilities for break pads ???

Many thanks in advance, and yes I am a newb, but I got quote $500 for rear breaks at the dealship, not looking forward to it.

 

Really if you can change a tire you can change brake pads. Especially the Brembos. $500 for rear brakes is about $400 more than parts. Unless your rotors are shot then it would be another $100-$150 per axle. $500 should buy all the parts for front and rear plus the fluid for a complete fluid flush.
