^you're good with the 275/40 in the rear... but you'll have a little stretch with a 245/40 on a 9.5" wheel up front. A 255/40 would have an overall diameter of 26.03", as opposed to the OEM 25.97". But with you being on Sportlines, I guess it would be safer to do the 245/40 which has an overall diameter of 25.71".

So yes, the sizes you picked are ideal lol

I need heeeelp!

So I purchased a set of Winter tire sizes in,
235/35/19 and 295/30/19 ...

Yeah I know the rears are WIDE as hell! They were supposed to be for my 19" track wheels, but I really wasn't thinking for some reason.

Do you guys think the 295/30/19 will be way too wide for the 19" track rear wheels?

I've been using some tire/wheel size calculations, but I really have no clue.

OK, trying to get this right obviously, and to get it right, being an engineer, I measure everything out and put it in cad so I can see it, so that being said...

The closest i can get to keeping it under the wheel well going 245/45/19 and 275/45/19 looks like this...

My expectation is that the only variation is that manufacturer to manufacturers tire width tolerance is different. Anyone know how much off the Hankook tires are? are they less than advertised width?

Thanks

 awesome chart Harry, thanks! That should be added to the first post in this thread

Thanks guys, I'll try to add another offset chart for those who do not want any camber... but will have to measure since I don't have any reference point. Maybe I will use the 20/25mm spacer on stock 19's as reference... little to no camber needed.

I'm on Tein S, with factory alignment running those spacers and no problems.

Could someone post on this thread the size of OEM wheels for both 18s and 19s and their offsets? Thanks in advance. :p
7 1/2 x 8 for 18's 33mm offset
8 x 8 1/2 19's 33mm offset

Seen many posts stating they are 35mm, but seen the rims and they say 33mm, at least thats what they look like... :)
